Frequently Asked Questions
How long should exterior paint last in South Florida?
It depends on sun exposure, the paint used and how well the surface was prepared, so we can't give a fixed number. Walls that face the afternoon sun or the ocean usually show wear first, and we point those areas out during the estimate.
Do you fix the drywall before painting?
Yes. Cracks, nail pops and dents are patched, sanded and primed first, because new paint makes surface flaws more visible, not less.
Can you match my existing wall color?
If you still have the paint name or a leftover can, we use that. Otherwise we have the color matched at a paint store, and we'll suggest repainting the full wall when a spot touch-up would stand out.
Does my HOA need to approve exterior colors?
Many South Florida HOAs require it. You submit the request to your association, and we can share the color names and product details you'll need for it.
